Do you work with QuickBooks Online?

Yes — built specifically around QuickBooks Online. We work directly inside the system you’re already using.

Can you work with our project and time-tracking system?

Yes. We take project and time data from whatever you already use and reconcile it against your books in QuickBooks Online, so margin by project and service line reflects the hours actually worked and the fees actually billed along with utilization and realization rates.

Our fees are milestone-based and irregular. Does that work?

That’s the normal case for firms like yours, and it’s exactly why the monthly picture matters. We track work in progress against billings so you can see the cash position ahead of the next milestone rather than after it.

What if I already have a bookkeeper?
